The Office of victims of Francoism of Cordova will host on Tuesday, June 11, the first Information day on the preliminary results of the exhumation process of victims of repression ins cemeteries of La Salud and San Rafael de Córdoba. The seminar is part of the exhumation work started in Córdoba, thanks to the collaboration of the four administrations (State, Junta de Andalucía, Provincial Council of Córdoba and City Council) that was sealed in 2020 and materialized a year later in an agreement for which 1.6 million were available to carry out these works that seek the recovery and identification of victims of repression.

Some of the members of the multidisciplinary team that has worked on the exhumations of Córdoba will participate in the event, which has carried out the UTE Themis company. DNA collection
This meeting is part of the activities included in the exhumation process in the Córdoba cemeteries and is scheduled for next Friday June 21 a DNA collection to identify those retaliated by Franco’s regime in Córdoba.
