The CDI “Santa Rita” celebrated 40 years of life together with Mayor Jorge

The “Santa Rita” Child Development Center based in the Belgrano neighborhood, dependent on the Human Development Secretariat of the Municipality; celebrated its 40 years of life, with a meaningful event that was preceded by the mayor, Raúl “Chuli” Jorge, for being one of the oldest institutions in the municipality in providing support, social and educational assistance to children from the neighborhoods: Los Perales , El Chingo, Punta Diamante, Puente Otero, Villa San Martín and Belgrano.

In his speech, Raúl Jorge, recalled: “40 years ago the Belgrano neighborhood was being redeveloped and on that occasion the mayors were appointed by the Province, and after the return of democracy, with the arrival of Dr. Horacio Guzmán the transfer was decided. to the municipality of the “Santa Rita” health post, which at that time was already providing care to local children.”

Likewise, he said that “with a lot of effort from various efforts, especially the one we led with a group of professionals such as teachers, professors, and teachers, more than committed, somehow we put that backpack on our backs understanding that it was a neighborhood that needed containment. and a vision of the future, for all the girls and boys who live in the area and who attend the establishment.”
