Austerity, transparency, openness and modernization in Entre Ríos
Regarding one of its main axes, that of the commitment to be the “most austere, most transparent, most open and most modern” government in the history of Entre Ríos, Frigerio insisted that “it can be managed without money and we are all demonstrating it the days”.
In this framework, he indicated the progress in the presentation of bills in the Legislative Branch, such as: the elimination of privileged retirements, the political and electoral reform, the public ethics and clean record bill, and the government transition bill. .
As an example, he cited that, for the first time, a governor of the province signed his digital signature and launched an agreement with the Nation to generate an electronic file system.
Moral contract with citizens
Frigerio had promised to end privileges for all politicians. “We have made a lot of progress in terms of management transparency, with concrete facts, with political decisions and also with discussions in the provincial Legislature,” he highlighted.
It was a reference, for example, to the bill presented in the Legislative Branch to repeal the lifetime pension for governors and vice-governors of the province. Likewise, to the organization of the teacher assignment system, eliminating 1,000 of the 1,300 that existed, generating savings of 500 million pesos per month to be reinvested in better educational quality.
Job
Regarding job creation and support for the productive sector, the granting of credit lines for 5,000 million pesos for our small and medium-sized producers stood out, with a very convenient rate of 16.17 percent, subsidized by the province.
Also the sanction of the law to allocate 50 percent of the proceeds from the rural real estate tax to improve production roads. “In fact, we have already recovered more than 50 road machines and intervened thousands of kilometers in these months,” he said.
Education
Referring to another central line, education, the president reported on the implementation of the Provincial Literacy Plan, for primary level students, with the delivery of more than 100,000 books in 500 schools in the province.

It was an insistent phrase from the governor to recognize the work of the police. Vehicles that officials from previous administrations used for personal use were reassigned to the force and increases were decided for police personnel of codes 286 (which establishes risk tasks) and 244 (for driving positions), plus the fixed sum.
At the same time, he made the political decision that “our Police be on the streets” and announced, within the framework of the reorganization, the creation of the Administrative Career in the Police Force.
As for the nurses, Rogelio Frigerio announced that it was decided to pay more than 1.5 billion pesos to the staff for the francs accumulated in previous years, a methodology that was used as compensation for work outside of hours. Furthermore, to put an end to this practice, from now on, he ordered the implementation of the Extended Working Day item.
Public works in Entre Ríos
“We need a State that really cares about these things and that, with management, begins to change this reality,” he said countless times on this topic.

The debt of Anses (National Social Security Administration) amounts to 154,000 million pesos and the debt for Salto Grande reaches 4,000 million pesos.
Emergency care
“You have to be there when these things happen,” was the phrase that the governor repeated in reference to state assistance in the face of events such as heavy rains and floods, which affected different Entre Ríos populations and motivated the availability of resources, personnel, logistics and joint work. with the armed and security forces, firefighters, Emergency Operations Centers (COE) and municipalities.
“We are not a government that likes to be locked down. We are a government that feels the obligation and responsibility to walk and be in the province. “We are implementing the change that we Entre Ríos people chose,” he analyzed, at the end of his self-assessment.
