DeVino Viento y Río returns

This Thursday at 10 p.m. at Casa de la Puna (Av. Recalde and Padre D’agostini), Laura García, Pía Cabral and Belén Parma return with the poetry, song and guided tasting event “DeVino Viento y Río.

Laura García will conduct a guided tasting and narrate the wine. Pía Cabral and Belén Parma will make a combination of poetry, music and songs.

DeVino Viento y Río is a journey through the sounds of the wind, the river and Catamarca grapes.

The meeting is designed as a sensory experience.

The tasting will be this time with wines from the Veralma winery (enologist Juan Pablo Morales), and will have the participation of the Winery.

The gastronomic trip is in charge of Achalay. Local cuisine will be combined such as matambre and quinoa empanadas, Locro de la Puna and an exquisite regional gourmet dessert, paired with the chosen grapes: torrontés, cabernet sauvignon and syrah.

For Laura García, the meeting will be “living the experience of the land to enjoy it and take care of what we have. It is sharing the multiple forms of passion and pleasure, it is making a small revolution.”

“DeVinoViento y Río is a creative process that arises from the spontaneity of encounters between three women who share the love of art and wine. And who want to share the experience of enjoying a wonderful evening with all the senses,” defines Belén Parma.

“We are committed to art and taking care of what is ours in this devastating moment for the country. That is why generating initiatives that show our art, our gastronomy and our regional economies is very important,” explains Pía.

DeVino Viento y Río will also take a tour of varietals from the region combined with exquisite narratives created by Laura García.

Pía Cabral will present new poems and from her book Del pan y losfishes, combined in the music of Belén Parma who will make her own songs such as El tunnel and El Aleph, and by authors such as Spinetta, Alberto Rojo and Elizabeth Morris.
