“This Saturday we will be welcoming our cyclists, we want to show our landscapes and what our farmers do, with this first stage that will be 151 kilometers between Guateque and our municipality, we are inviting all the citizens of Tunja to join us, we have gastronomy, green markets, then it is time to support our farmers and bet on our three lines of tourism: sports, religious and the landscapes with the viewpoint and all the history that exists” indicated the mayor of Chivatá Yesid Alexander Berna.
Consolidating itself as a sports municipality, Chivatá has different sports training programs and schools, recreational and recreational activities for the elderly, people with disabilities and all the children and youth of this beautiful territory, on the other hand there are the necessary sports venues. and in optimal conditions for holding championships and spaces for community social sports, but on this occasion it will be the majestic landscapes, the warmth and drive of its people that will be part of the cycling spectacle when hosting the Vuelta a Colombia.
“Since January we manage the stage of the Vuelta to Colombia and with the important collaboration our governed Carlos Amaya we presented ourselves before the Colombian Federation of Cycling against Mauricio Vargas the President, who saw the real possibility of bringing the return, we made the logistics, administrative, administrative commitments that correspond and we are ready to enjoy this great party,” Bernal added.
