Last weekend, the 83rd Anniversary Tournament of the Frías Social Club was held, with an excellent turnout, with the participation of players from Villa la Punta, Laguna Blanca (Bélen, Catamarca), and San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca, as well as chess players from Frías, Santiago del Estero.

As for the results, in the category up to 13 years old the 1st. position at 12 years old, it went to Vildoza Jerónimo de San Fernando del Calle de Catamarca, 2nd. position Trevizan Lorenzo (Frías), while in 3rd. position, a 9-year-old player Gerez Toloza Benjamin (Frías).

In the categories over 14 years old that covers youth and adults, it had a high level, since 2 players from Catamarca with a FIDE ELO of 1500 and a player from Frías with 1400 FIDE ELO played. Here, the 1st. position went to Zingale Santiago, 17 years old, Esc Normal (Frías), 2nd. position Amaya Carlos (native of Frías, with residence in Laguna Blanca, Belén Catamarca) and 3rd. Sayavedra Sergio (Frías Social Club).
