His accomplice managed to escape but continues to be sought by the authorities.

Thus, José Daniel was presented before a judge with Guarantee Control Functions, where the legalization of capture was determined and the continuity of this judicial procedure with the imposition of charges and request for a security measure was scheduled for the next few days. .

Let us remember that the investigation against him was carried out when he was trying to flee the scene on a motorcycle, according to the Magdalena Police report. “The subjects who would have committed this criminal attack fled towards the road in the Tres de Diciembre neighborhood, where one of the criminals was actually captured and the motorcycle they were riding was seized by quadrant police,” the authorities said.
