He immediately began a chase of a blue motorcycle that ended meters later with the capture of the subject, accused of the crime of homicide. His accomplice managed to escape but continues to be sought by the authorities.
Thus, José Daniel was presented before a judge with Guarantee Control Functions, where the legalization of capture was determined and the continuity of this judicial procedure with the imposition of charges and request for a security measure was scheduled for the next few days. .
