Province presented the School of Municipalities and Communes

It was today at 10:30 a.m., in the city of Santa Fe. Intended for authorities, officials, political and career personnel of the 366 municipalities and communes of Santa Fe, it seeks to improve the institutional quality and management of local governments.

This morning the provincial government presented “Crecer-Capacita”, School of Municipalities and Communes, a program that seeks to improve the institutional quality and management of local governments.

The activity took place from 10:30 at the Luz y Fuerza Theater in the city of Santa Fe, located at Junín 2957.

The objectives of “Crecer – Capacita” include improving the efficiency and effectiveness of local governments; develop management capabilities for the new urban agenda; form a local agenda in tune with provincial strategic projects; promote networks for innovation, transparency and efficiency in public management; and train public service personnel to achieve an effective State.

The recipients are authorities, officials, political and career personnel from the 366 municipalities and communes of Santa Fe.

The program has two lines of work:

* Training cycles and training: meetings in various formats (courses, workshops, etc.) to provide knowledge and tools on management challenges.

Santa Fe Local Innovation Network: collaborative space to promote innovation and good practices in public management.

* The program offers in-person, virtual and semi-in-person formats, and has a virtual classroom for training and dissemination of management advances, accessible through the provincial website.
