The debate focused on six key fronts:
* Cadre Policy: Promoting the training and preparation of young leaders.
* Internal Life: Consolidating a solid and active organization.
* Ideological Work: Strengthening revolutionary values and national identity.
* Economic-Productive Work: Participating in the development of the country with innovative projects.
* Defense of the Homeland: Strengthening awareness and preparation for national defense.
* Educational and Social Impact Tasks: Contributing to the solution of community problems and needs.
The meeting was chaired by Osnay Miguel Colina Rodríguez, member of the Central Committee and first secretary of the Party in the province; Leonardo Rodríguez González, head of the Cadre Policy department of the National Committee of the UJC; Amaury Fabelo González, official of the Provincial Committee of the Party, and Hermes Germán Aguilera Perez, first secretary of the youth organization in Villa Clara.
This debate, which returns to the base, seeks to update the strategy of the UJC so that this organization continues to be an engine of change, contributing to the construction of a prosperous future for Cuba, led by committed and revolutionary young people.
