Rodrigo Tapari: the tropical scene is on at the Mercedes Sosa today

One of the most important exponents of the tropical scene, Rodrigo Tapari (photo) arrives today with his greatest hits, at 9 p.m., at the Mercedes Sosa theater (San Martín 479). A specialist in romantic ballads and cumbias, he became well known, in addition to his live shows, from his appearances on shows and reality shows such as Cantando por un Sueño, where he revealed his personal story of redemption. But before that he had been part of Ráfaga, until in 2018 he began his successful path as a soloist. He debuted with his album “En Vivo en Passion”, with romantic songs, and also rescued “Cerveza”, a more danceable cumbia that he had already performed with Ráfaga. With his next two albums, “En vivo” (2019) and “This love is so big” (2020), he has further deepened his style.

Unipersonal: a false Inca in Yerba Buena

Monteros: peña at the Municipal Sports Center

Tonight, starting at 9:30 p.m. and at the Monteros Municipal Sports Center, a national club will take place that will serve as a preview of the traditional Monteros de la Patria festival, Fortress of Folklore. Theatre: offer of Tucuman casts

At El Círculo del Magisterio (Las Heras 25) at 6:30 p.m. the Puppet Workshop School will do “El Sapito Naranjito” for the whole family. Also at 9:30 p.m., at Teatro de la Estación de Concepción (Heredia and Italy), Natalia Yapura, Carla Marengo and Carla Greta will star in the therapeutic comedy by Víctor Hugo Cortés “Estresadas”, co-directed between the playwright and Benjamín Tannuré Godward, about three women -close to fifty- who are burning with stress, but will look for a way to get out together of the emotional pit in which they find themselves.

“Condenser”: dance at the Puerto Cultural Libertad

Tonight, Los Timo will bring their tribute to Joaquín Sabina and Joan Manuel Serrat to Lo de la Paliza (Laprida 181), from 10 p.m. In the field of rock, Hombres de Marte and David Corti will perform at Brotes Casa Cultural (Santiago del Estero 179 ). Incaa Space: they project “Invisible Stories”

In the Incaa Space of the Hynes O’Connor room of the Ente Cultural (San Martín 251), at 8 p.m. “Historias invisibles” by Guillermo Navarro will be screened, with a script inspired by real events about human trafficking. Cecilia is 16 years old, comes from a poor family in Catamarca and is attracted by a boyfriend much older than her. Jorge, her father, due to the lack of collaboration from the Police, loses all hope of finding her until he receives a call from her daughter and decides to undertake a 2,000 kilometer journey to rescue her. Paula (18 years old) is a middle-class girl from Mendoza who is violently kidnapped and her mother, in the absence of help from the authorities, decides to go around brothels looking for her, even though she has to face everything and everyone.
