Negotiations advance with unions of the Government of Casanare » PRENSA LIBRE CASANARE

Within the framework of the negotiations between the union representatives of public employees and the departmental administration of Casanare, the commitments reached so far highlight union recognition, immunity and permission, the participation of the unions in the institutional redesign process, the commemoration of International Labor Day and the Union Anniversary, as well as the implementation of flexible working hours, among other measures.

At the dialogue tables set up, the parties have expressed their commitment to dialogue and the search for equitable solutions that benefit those involved, addressing fundamental issues.

“We have made significant progress in these negotiations thanks to the willingness of both parties to listen to concerns and proposals. We are confident that we will achieve a comprehensive agreement that satisfies the demands of the workers and allows the departmental government to search for equitable solutions that “guarantee the efficient provision of public services and the well-being of employees,” said the Secretary of Education, Diego Fernando Ardila Plazas.

The conversations will continue in the coming days, in order to reach a definitive agreement at these dialogue tables in compliance with current regulatory provisions.
