“Strategies are being implemented by local and departmental organizations to strengthen the Police and military forces, but we need greater intervention from the Ministry of Defense. Therefore, I have requested the creation of a National Security Council in the Atlantic, because we must unite, and we cannot ignore this alert, as was done in the past with an alert from the Ombudsman’s Office,” Moreno said.
