Santa Fe receives Atlético Bucaramanga at the El Campín stadium in the second leg of the grand final of Liga BetPlay 2024-I and the Mayor’s Office of Bogotá, together with the Police, announced what the security measures will be like for this decisive match.

One of the novelties presented by the authorities is that there will be a facial verification process for fans who attend the capital’s stage and this recognition will be linked to a database of the National Registry, this, in order to effectively detect in in case there are possible excesses by those present.

Regarding the security operation, the Bogotá Mayor’s Office authorized the deployment of 3,000 police officers, who will have the mission of guaranteeing order inside and outside the show, including those who will be in the Simón Bolívar Park.

It is worth remembering that those who will attend the Simón Bolívar will be able to enjoy giant screens and should keep in mind that the doors will open from 2:00 pm

Another fact to take into account for those who are going to go to the game is that the doors will open at 4:30 pm and fans must present a ticket and valid personal identification, as there will be five security rings before entering.

Likewise, the Mayor’s Office thought about the well-being of the fans in terms of transportation and authorized Transmilenio to operate until 11:00 p.m.

Finally, the Police also mentioned that they will carry out a complete search to identify knives, gunpowder, prohibited substances and elements that may be threats that threaten good coexistence during the event.
