Holiday June 20: Will it be a long weekend because it falls on a Thursday?
In 2023, there were eight long weekends In our country, however, in 2024 the situation is different. This year, there are only fourbut there are two long weekends left that fall in a Monday or Friday:
- Wednesday, September 18: National Independence, National Holidays, with a long weekend until Friday, September 20.
- Friday, 1 November: All Saints Day.
Therefore, Indigenous Peoples’ Day (June 20) does not correspond to a long weekend. Nevertheless, in case of agreement with the employersome workers could have free time Thursday 20th, Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd and Sunday June 23rd.
