The objective of this approach carried out by the Institute is to personally advise homeowners in the IPPV neighborhoods on issues related to deeds, payment plans, social surveys, re-allotments, unused or misused homes, building and property problems. and cadastral, among others.
On this occasion, attention was focused on Choele Choel, in which 179 procedures could be received; In Lamarque, where 78 families were assisted, there were 156 consultations in Luis Beltrán, 76 in Chimpay and 66 in Belisle.
It should be noted that many of the neighbors who initially came to consult were able to solve their particular situation, including several, starting the process of deeding the home.
That is why the families were more than grateful that the Institute has a presence in the territory, as well as the municipalities of the different localities.
One of the most notable cases was that of Patricia, a neighbor of Choele Choel, who after many years, was able to start the paperwork to have the deed to her house.
So far, the “IPPV in your neighborhood” plan has already passed through San Antonio Oeste, Ingeniero Jacobacci, Comallo and Los Menucos.
