The La Pampa Court of Accounts team held a working group to analyze the status of each of the Development Commissions that report to the organization, with the aim of optimizing the usual controls.
There were four days of work in which the president of the Court, María Alejandra Mac Allister, participated; the member of Sala II, Valeria Nowak; the heads and coordinator of Room II; the senior rapporteur, senior sub-rapporteur and rapporteurs of Development Commissions from the same room, as well as the legal advisor of the organization.
In the work tables, the execution of the 2024 planning, the records of tasks developed, the use of the computer system applied for rendering during 2023 and the study processes of rendering files were presented. Likewise, the results of the visits made by TdeC personnel to each Development Commission and the diagram of the next ones that will be carried out soon were reported.
Each rapporteur provided a summary of the analysis of each of the reports of the Development Commissions, recording the recurring observations and establishing that in those cases in which deficiencies are verified in the documentary presentation, they will be reviewed within two weeks of receiving the report. surrender and, in the appropriate case, a request for background information will be made with the request for what is owed.
Finally, actions were agreed to deepen and optimize the control processes mandated by current regulations.
