Despite this, resolution 178/2024 highlights that “it was possible to observe – in general terms – the existence of an excessive oversizing of the functional structure and human resources, leasing of high-cost properties, excessive employees, inefficiency and inefficiency in obtaining results specific matters linked to the matter of their competence”.

In turn, the National Government highlighted that procedures unrelated to their task were carried out (loading the SUBE card, obtaining documents, etc.), as well as the lack of training of employees, non-attendance at work and a lot of political action unrelated to their work.

“At the moment, There are ONE HUNDRED FIVE (105) offices throughout the national territory, with a total of 400 employees approximately. 2, 4 or 12 employees work in each office,” they noted in the resolution.

As Dantiacq explained, they would leave one per province, although it is unknown which one it will be. “We have no choice but to visualize the public policy that has been in place for 15 years in the territory,” he said.

For his part, he highlighted that although In Greater Mendoza there are two CAJs, both share the same staff, who take turns providing assistance in the La Gloria neighborhood. “We doubled down to serve a point where rent is not paid,” he highlighted.

And he added: “We are struck by the numbers they say, the tasks they say we do, like loading the SUBE. We we have addressed issues of gender violence, family (food, exclusion from home), victims of abuse, victims of crimes, documentation, among others”.
