San Luis Potosí, SLP. The State Persons Search Commission published the location file of Luis Rivera, a member of the state Civil Guard, 28 years old, who was last seen yesterday in a town in the municipality of Rayón, his vehicle was found in said community .
According to the Search Alert, the uniformed man is identified as Luis Lira Rivera “Lira”, his particular characteristics are: round face, small mouth, small brown eyes, robust build, short straight black hair.

Luis Lira Rivera was in charge of the area and at the time of his disappearance he was wearing a black t-shirt, green tactical pants, and khaki tactical boots.
