A note in the name of a man who identifies himself as Edgardo Medrano has been distributed among users of the Interapas service in the capital of San Luis Potosí, the agency warned.
Through a post on Facebook, Interapas indicated that said person offers management and regularization services for users who owe drinking water and sanitation services.
The offer is for “an attractive program”, commonly for cases in which the debt is considerable, however, currently in Interapas there are no discount programs, the agency warned, so it is a false manager.

The organization adds that “payment agreements are ONLY made in our offices.
“We DO NOT make home visits to invite people to regularize their payments.”
Due to the above, it is indicated, it is important to report the receipt of an equal or similar offer, but above all not to accept any agreement that is not made directly at the Interapas facilities in the state capital, Soledad and Cerro de San Pedro.
