These are the complete classifications after the second stage of the Vuelta a Colombia 2024, of 139.3 kilometers and held this Sunday, June 16, between the Colombian towns of Paipa and Tocancipá.

The stage victory was won in the sprint by Colombian cyclist Alejandro Osorio (GW-Erco-Shimano) ahead of also local Adrián Bustamante (GW-Erco-Shimano) and Jhonatan Stiven Chaves (Nu Colombia), second and third respectively.

Colombian Rodrigo Contreras (Nu Colombia) remained at the top of the individual general classification of the Colombian round.
