Authorities in the municipality of Caucasia, Antioquia, are on the trail of the person responsible for perpetrating a serious incident. hitman that has generated rejection in the inhabitants of this town in Bajo Cauca Antioquian.
Emanuel Gaviria Benítez, 14 years old, was identified as the minor killed when a hitman shot indiscriminately against a group of people who were chatting in an area near the church in the El Roble neighborhood, south of this town.
As detailed by the Secretary General and Government of Caucasia, José Payares, the preliminary versions indicate that the perpetrator initially arrived accompanied by another man on a motorcycle to a nearby store to where these people were to apparently verify who they were accompanied by.

“We call on the national government departmental and municipal that is aware of the security situation that not only Caucasia is experiencing, but the Bajo Cauca region,” said social leader Felipe Quintero.
