Within the framework of Plan Cazador, uniformed members of the Cesar Police Command carried out control operations through the Transit and Transportation section, achieving the recovery of 10 vehicles that had been stolen in different areas of the country, which are valued at more than 550 million pesos. There were six motorcycles and four high-end cars, the vehicles rescued in this last week by the authorities.

“This is due to the hard work of the Transit and Transportation Section, which carried out registration and control activities. The recovery was achieved thanks to a group of automotive experts, who managed to identify them, since their identification systems were rerecorded,” said Colonel Eduardo Chamorro Pinzón, commander of the Cesar Police Department.

After the positive results, since four people involved in car theft were also captured, the authorities stated that they will continue implementing the Hunter Plan on the Cesar roads in order to continue confronting car theft.

The seized vehicles were in the possession of the Attorney General’s Office, who will advance the process and paperwork for returning them to their owners.
