In the case of Los Algarrobillos park, there is a transformer for the exclusive use of public lighting, with a load designed to support the lighting system of the multifunctional and synthetic fields, as well as recreation and leisure areas.

But recently there was saturation that led the place to go dark. Due to this, the company carried out an inspection showing that more than 21 commercial establishments are irregularly connected to said network, which causes overload in the transformer and harms the continuity of the service.

For this reason, the company Estiv has indicated that the normalization of these businesses before the network operator Afinia is necessary, in order to prevent repeated blackouts from occurring in the lighting system, even to protect the operation of the luminaires.

They also highlighted that manipulation of networks is only authorized by the company or else legal sanctions could be generated.

It is worth mentioning that the municipal administration is carrying out a labor formalization project for the individualization of energy meters for each business.
