Catalina Giraldo, spokesperson for ‘Envigado al Plato’, highlights the importance of these initiatives to encourage attendance at restaurants and promote the growth of the value chain. “We generate around 200 direct and indirect jobs, talent that works with passion for the delight of consumers,” says Giraldo.
