A total of 90 million pesos that will be distributed in nine contests will be received by the winners of the 32nd Samuel Martínez Song Festival, which will take place in La Loma, municipality of El Paso, Cesar, from July 12 to 15, 2024. , in tribute to the social leaders Adalberto ‘Beto’ Mendoza and Víctor Manuel Jiménez.
The president of the festival contest, Jorge Naín Ruiz Ditta, stated that it is a great effort that is being made with the support of the mayor of El Paso, Jesús Ortiz Cervantes, to give the greatest importance to the contestants and continue with the legacy left by the minstrel Samuel Martinez.
“We are committed to holding the best festival where transparency prevails and everything is done as budgeted. Also pay a well-deserved tribute to Adalberto ‘Beto’ Mendoza and Víctor Manuel Jiménez, two leaders of La Loma.
