Neighbors respond to Conade’s call and take to the streets

The neighbors responded to the call of the National Committee for the Defense of Democracy (Conade) and they went out this Monday night to the city’s roundabouts. Protesters took to the streets against the shortage of dollars and the irregular sale of fuel in the country.

With their Santa Cruz flags in hand, some banners and even the drum on one side, The neighbors stood on the nearest sidewalks at the roundabouts, as a demonstration.

However, it is known that Vehicular traffic was not interrupted at any time. or pedestrian of the areas where the protesters went.

In other areas, such as Busch Avenue or Christ the Redeemer, residents also took to the streets to demonstrate.. In their own way, each group managed to make their claim heard.

“This protest is a warning, to demonstrate that these Santa Cruz people have the strength, the power to demand that the Government respond. Mr. Arce Catacora, we do not want a coup d’état, we want answers; responses to housewives, to families who feel the crisis. Because I warn you there is an economic crisis in the streets of Santa Cruz and Bolivia.”claimed Roger Castellón, from the Christ some neighbors.
