The Musical Capital rises with historic news, after the signing of the initiation document of contract 1646 of May 7, 2024, which gives the green light to carry out civil works for the improvement, adaptation, maintenance and construction of the Sports Recreation Aquatic Complex of the Sports Park.
”This is positive news for the city. Something that we have been waiting for for years and that we are going to make a reality, thanks to our Mayor’s line of building on what has been built. That is what we are doing and that is why we are putting out important works, like this one, forward.”, stated Jonathan Suárez, Secretary of Infrastructure.
Within the construction of the aquatic complex, the work includes the wave pool, a children’s water park, family pool, recreational diving pool, slide and restaurant.
The project is valued at $12,334 million, with which this important recreational and family setting will be returned to Ibagué.
