Municipal staff trains in public speaking

The Secretary of Human Development of the Municipality of San Salvador de Jujuy, Rodrigo Altea, supervised the development of the Public Speaking Workshop given by Julio Cerrizuela, for administrators of Neighborhood Participation Centers (CPV) arranged by the municipality within the framework of a training for municipal personnel who maintain direct contact with residents of the city.

“We are working with the CPV, CIC, CAM, NIDOs, and all decentralized organizations, under the understanding that communication is essential to achieve dialogue with neighbors, to make the municipality’s services known; “Decentralization has to do with this, not only decentralization with respect to the municipal building but also digital decentralization, among other ways so that residents know the services and can adhere to them.”

In turn, the director of Direct Assistance, Marisa García, added, “we have started with this cycle of workshops called “The Strength of Communication”, establishing it as a very important unit when it comes to communicating and having tools to be able to do so; It is a training program of the Municipality in which “the Secretariat of Human Development participated on this occasion and welcoming today the General Directorate of Decentralization.”

For his part, the director of Decentralization, Daniel Toconás, provided more details, “we train with this tool that the Secretariat of Human Development is providing us through the Directorate of Comprehensive Health and the Directorate of Inclusion and Assistance. We have been working together with the CPVs; 10 CPV, 2 CAM, 2 CIC and 2 NIDOs participated in this training; We address this topic of public speaking, which is very important since we have been perfecting our communication with our neighbors year after year.”
