A citizen reported what would be the first attempted raping in San José del Guaviare. The case happened last Thursday on Carrera 19 between streets 20 and 20, in the Primero de Mayo neighborhood.
As Hugo tells it, his motorcycle ran out of gas and he decided to continue walking to the nearest service station to fill up. On the way, a young man who was riding a black pulsar motorcycle raped his cell phone.
The victim continued on his way to the gas station and located the young man with a group of teenagers who were sharing the place. With this act of insecurity, the affected person questioned the actions of the National Police against the people responsible for thefts and young people who carry out illegal break-ins on urban roads, putting the lives of pedestrians and motorcyclists at risk.
Hugo reiterated that the authority’s checkpoints in the community are acceptable to guarantee security, but he asked for results against the crime that continues to commit thefts from homes in San José del Guaviare.
