At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a guarantee control judge imposed a security measure in the prison against Juan Carlos Prada Barrera, 19 years old, for his apparent responsibility in the verbal and physical attacks of which his companion was a victim. sentimental.
The events occurred in March 2024 in the Los Comuneros neighborhood of Garzón (Huila) where Prada Barrera allegedly hit the woman, despite being pregnant. The victim was taken to a care center. The attack led to an 8-day incapacity. The defendant allegedly tried to suffocate the woman last February.
The man was captured by servers from the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) and the National Police.
