Once again, the Jorge Villamil Cordovez Music Park witnessed the selection of Miss Neiva 2024. On this occasion and after the folklore exhibition, the night parade and other activities that revolved around this contest were completed, Ana María Gaita was chosen Roldán, Casa Roldán, as the new representative of the Neivans with the title of Miss Neiva.
For her part, Laura Andrea Arias Lasso, Fonda los Arrieros, became vicereine and Dayanna Daniela Peña Diaz, Assembly of Huila, became princess.
The 13 candidates who carried with dignity the bands from different companies in the city, graced the stage with the performance of the majestic Sanjuanero Huilense, which was also full of color, tradition, culture and art. This contest, which takes place within the framework of the 63rd version of the Bambuco Festival in San Juan and San Pedro, not only seeks to highlight the physical beauty of its participants, but also their leadership capacity, intelligence and commitment to promoting culture. and the traditions of Huila.
This is how it went
As usual, they started with the opening of all the participating candidates, followed by the hymns, words of the Mayor of Neiva, dance of the Popular Queen, Miss Neiva 2023-2024 and Heiress of Tradition.
In the middle of the day, there were different dance and musical presentations, such as: Innova dance group from the Amigos como Arroz Foundation, who presented “Historical and ancestral Yuma.” In addition, the musical show by Adriana Lucia, Colombian singer and composer, with nearly 27 years of artistic career. Andrés Cortés also appeared on stage.
Likewise, Eypryl Daniela González Conde, Miss Neiva 2023, said goodbye to the citizens who accompanied her during her year of reign and, finally, handed over the crown.
The queen won a prize of $9,000,000 given by the Ministry of Culture, a smile design, a bonus of $1,500,000 at Spa Dulce Estetic and another of $1,000,000 at Benessere, in addition, a night for two people at the Yararaka boutique hotel. The viceroy, for her part, receives $6,000,000 from the Ministry of Culture, a smile design and a bonus of $1,000,000 at Spa Dulce Estetic. Finally, the princess was left with $4,000,000 from the Ministry of Culture, a smile design and a $500,000 bonus at Spa Dulce Estetic. Semifinalists
