Los Farallones Valle del Lili School received decoration for 50 years of service

Santiago de Cali, June 21, 2024.- The District Council awarded the Santiago de Cali medal, in the Golden Cross Degree, to the Los Farallones Valle del Lili Gymnasium School, upon celebrating 50 years of foundation, through resolution 230 of June 21, 2024. .

The decoration was presented by the Proposing Councilor, Juan Felipe Murgueitio Bustamante to Mr. Francisco José Pérez, delegate of the Board of Directors of the Colegio Gimnasio Los Farallones Valle del Lili.

The Gimnasio los Farallones Valle del Lili was founded in Cali, in 1974, in the old buildings of the Colegio Universitario del Sagrado Corazón, by the gentlemen: Luís H. Pérez Páez, María Luisa de Pérez, Alfonso Ocampo Londoño, Hugo Lora Camacho and Janeth Samper de Sánchez, who in turn formed the first board of directors of the educational establishment.

The Los Farallones Valle del Lili Gymnasium has as its motto: “Train Autonomous and Solidarity Young People”, since these two values ​​are the generating axis of all the values ​​that are intended to be developed in the Institution. That upon turning 50, class No. 49 graduates, adding 2,100 graduating students who serve the country in various areas.
