High school graduates are already receiving their degrees

One month ago HUARPE DIARY published the news that, due to problems at the national level, students graduating from secondary schools in San Juan could not receive their analytical degree, which is now digital. Now it is known that the graduates are already receiving their degrees.

On May 21, this newspaper published that there were more than 7,000 graduates from the Higher and Secondary Education levels, public and private, who had not yet received their analytical degree certifying that they finished their studies. At the time, local authorities clarified that this was due to a national problem and they even considered giving a provisional certification.

Meanwhile, the educational authorities of San Juan made repeated complaints to the Nation to get the problem solved. Finally, a couple of weeks ago they resumed operation of the website in which, starting this year, all secondary school titles in Argentina must be digitally uploaded.

First it began with a series of tests, now the system is now working fluidly so graduates will be able to receive the analysis they request to be able to continue their studies at higher levels or when they are going to apply for a job.

The new titles

Since last year, the national government decided that the analytical tests will no longer be delivered on paper, but rather that all the information will be uploaded to a website where they will be available for the graduate to present the receipt at work or at the places of study. where they request it.

The official idea is to ignore all paper documentation and for all students from the class of 2023 to begin receiving their digital certification, issued by the Federal Title System (Sisfet).

Each file with the students’ data and final grades goes through a series of controls and then reaches the Head of Degrees, who signs the digital document. Finally, the information returns to the school from where the link with the title is sent to the email address declared by the student.

Each graduate must receive the information with a link and a QR code that can be accessed to verify the degree. The student can print it on paper, but that does not have the force of a legal document and will no longer be legalized by the diploma office, it will be considered only as a copy.
