Judge Borruto ordered the distribution company, Camuzzi Gas del Sur SA, to refrain from:
– Request or pursue the collection of the rates established in the aforementioned resolutions.
– Cut or suspend the gas supply due to non-payment of invoices issued under the new tariff schedules.
As explained by judicial sources, the suspension will be maintained until the underlying issue is definitively resolved, that is, Governor Melella’s request to completely annul the resolutions that modified the tariff schedule.
