The administrative move was responded quickly by the government of Mariano Gaido, which decreed the harmfulness of the license acquired by Vaamonde and that had been issued by its own agency, the Undersecretary of Commerce. The administrative and legal labyrinth seems far from over and now it will be up to the courts to decide. In the meantime, a judge (María Celia Gómez) decided to give rise to a precautionary measure requested by Nicolás Vaamonde annulling the fines issued by the Court of Offences of the Municipality of Neuquén, all of which were issued while the opening of the establishment was being promoted.
