Banco Entre Ríos grants mortgage loans starting this Tuesday

This Tuesday, Banco Entre Ríos opens its new line of UVA Mortgage Loans in pesos and with terms of up to 20 years, specially designed to provide Entre Ríos residents with access to their own first or second home.

The new loans, which will be available starting this Tuesday the 25th, allow financing up to 75% of the value of the property to be acquired, have a repayment period of up to 20 years and are in pesos adjustable by UVA (Purchasing Value Unit). plus a fixed annual nominal rate of 5.5% for clients who receive salaries at Banco Entre Ríos and 7.5% for those who do not receive their salaries at the entity.

“At Banco Entre Ríos we design a solid, accessible and long-term financial solution for those who want to fulfill the dream of having their own home,” they indicated from the entity, and highlighted that “with this tool we continue to be close to all Entre Ríos residents, creating and offering value proposals so that they can continue to carry out their projects.” In addition, they highlighted the 12-month fire insurance bonus as a differential of this new line.

Mortgage loans

The loans allow financing up to 75% of the value of the property, with a maximum of 200 million pesos and a minimum of 10 million pesos.

The requirements to access are:

– Being over 18 years.

– Be up to 70 years old at the end of the loan.

– Have at least 1 year of work experience and a minimum net income of 1 million pesos (other income of one’s own and/or with a spouse/cohabitant can be added).

– The fee/income ratio should not exceed 30% of the applicant’s net income for banked clients, and 25% for unbanked clients.

Applications for new mortgage loans will be available starting this Tuesday, June 25 at www.bancoentrerios.com.ar and in all branches.
