The Chilean soccer team will play its second match of the Copa América 2024 in the United States this Tuesday. The team led by Argentine coach Ricardo Gareca. After an opaque goalless draw in the debut against Peru, the Chileans will seek revenge against Argentina, the current champion of the tournament and world champion, in the most complex match in group A.

The nominated Chilean players
On June 13, coach Ricardo Gareca delivered the list of players who will travel to the United States to play in the tournament. On May 16, the technical director had published a provisional list of players. It highlighted the inclusion of veterans Bravo, Sánchez, Isla, Marcelo Díaz and Eduardo Vargas. The absence of Arturo Vidal and Gary Medel also drew attention, players who until a few years ago were undisputed to be part of the national team.
