Alina Robert is one of the young people preselected to represent the island in Miss Universe Cuba 2024once again ventures into beauty pageants, but now with much more experience accumulated in her artistic career.
The actress and presenter shared the news on her social networks, expressing her gratitude and pride for representing Cuban women on this important platform.
“I have applied for one of the most enriching experiences of my life. 13 years ago I entered a new world for me, it was not just entertainment, it was the world of beauty reigns, and I discovered that behind what they had drawn to me, there was a lot of soul, a lot of commitment, responsibility and love, to one himself, to the stage and the community,” Alina wrote on her Instagram.
Known for his participation in the Univision program “Nuestra Belleza Latina” in 2014 where she was the fourth finalist, Alina thanked the Miss Universe Cuba organization for allowing her to open the doors of the world once again “to the Cuban woman, to our ethnicity, values, leadership, empathy, flavor, tradition, ideology, culture, form , colors and flavor.”
In one of her stories on that social network, the actress shared her excitement upon discovering that she is on one of the most important paths of her life: “Representing Cuban women is not small; “There is no room for gratitude in my heart.”.
In these years, after her participation in “Nuestra Belleza Latina”, Alina worked as a presenter and model for the program “Sábado Gigante” alongside Don Francisco. She recently participated in the Lilo Vilaplana movie Plantedplaying a Cuban political prisoner, and also joined the cast of the series “Deleted” from PRONYR TV.
