The Specialized Homicide Unit of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP) litigated and obtained that two subjects related to the death of a young man were linked to proceedings for the crime of qualified homicide.
After the investigations carried out by the FGESLP, derived from the death of a person on March 10 of the current year in the Del Llano neighborhood in the capital of Potosí and according to the evidence collected, the victim was injured by subjects who participated in a fight gang member
The Public Ministry agent who was assigned to this case advised the victim’s family and proceeded legally against the probable suspects who respond to the names Eros “N” and Eliot “N”, who were detained by the Police of Research (PDI).
At the hearing generated by the capture of the accused, the Prosecutor’s Office showed the evidence it gathered, which the control judge considered suitable to issue the order linking the process.
In addition, the Fiscal agent requested the justified precautionary measure of preventive detention, which was accepted by the judicial authority and which will keep them in the area’s penitentiary center; Likewise, four months were determined for the complementary investigation.
