Colonel Carlos Andrés Trujillo, commander of the XVI Brigade based in Casanare He provided details of a stability operation in response to a request from the first prosecutor’s office in Bogotá.

The colonel, Carlos Andrés Trujillo, assured that, “The girl had been from Fortul for four months. She had been recruited in the upper part of Aguazaul, Casanare. The boy, also from Fortul, was recruited in Arauca and they met in the Guayabal village of Labranzagrande.”.
