The parents of the 9-year-old boy who was poisoned with cocaine in the city of Córdoba were charged today by the domestic violence prosecutor, Pablo Cuenca Tagle.
The prosecutor ordered the measure against the mother and father of the minor for the crime of negligent injuries and accused them of committing a crime. “gross negligence”.
The Cuenca Tagle ruling resolved: “To date (this Wednesday), the prosecutor’s office has ordered the indictment of the parents of the minor intoxicated with cocaine for the crime of negligent injuries. So far, the evidence collected shows us that a negligent act.”

The boy was admitted to the hospital in the city of Córdoba on Monday with a fever and was in good health.
For his part, the provincial Minister of Health, Ricardo Pieckenstainer, pointed out that the small “He was admitted with a respiratory condition, which the medical team considered may have involved drug use.”
