Recovering exports as a driver of sustainable development of the province and the country is one of the objectives proposed by the Government of San Juan. For this reason, the Province celebrates the 1st International Meeting of Women in Foreign Trade and Business, the 2nd Meeting of Businesswomen of the Central Bioceanic Corridor, the 1st International Round of Businesswomen of Women in the World and the 5th Edition of the COMEX Conference.
Improving the province’s exports is one of the objectives requested by Governor Marcelo Orrego. Therefore, the changing international scenario and Argentina’s potential to produce raw materials and develop new products make the presence of women in these areas a driving force for companies and new links to strengthen exports.
This activity takes place at Casa España and is organized by the Ministry of Production, Labor and Innovation through the Directorate of Foreign Trade, the San Juan Inversiones and Calidad San Juan Agencies, together with the ACME Business Women Association and the Association of Municipalities of Coquimbo.
Goals
- Facilitate the internationalization of small, medium and large companies, highlighting the link between equal economic opportunities for women and international sustainability trends.
- Generate a space for meeting and generating synergies between businesswomen linked to international trade.
- Promote the exchange of information, detection and realization of business opportunities among businesswomen.
The Casa España headquarters of the Catholic University of Cuyo is the exhibition center and where prominent businesswomen and international trade professionals will address:
