Why do the people of Potosí resign? These are the causes of job abandonment

San Luis Potosilike other entities in Mexico, not only faces a shortage of qualified talent but also the phenomenon of job abandonment.

According to the National Survey of Occupation and Employment (ENOE), at the end of the first quarter of this year, 654,852 people voluntarily left their jobs. However, the figure represented a reduction of 13% compared to the same period of the previous year.

During this period, 18,811 workers left their jobs in San Luis PotosíIn the Centro-Bajío region, this figure places the state as the third with fewest resignationssecond only to Queretaro and Aguascalienteswith 11,718 and seven thousand 860 cases respectively.

Main causes of job abandonment in San Luis Potosí

According to ENOE, the main causes of job abandonment are:
