The affected person is a 16-year-old teenager, who resides in the Limonar neighborhood in the Seis commune of Neiva. According to the complaint filed with the authorities, the minor was sexually abused by her ex-partner.
The event
The heartbreaking story tells that the woman from Neiva was summoned through a social network by her ex-boyfriend who had the supposed intention of fixing their relationship in order to get back together with her. This is how, under false pretenses, she agreed to go out with him, so the perpetrator picked her up around noon from a relative’s house and took her to his home.
They would have entered there normally, however, the situation became tense when he proceeded to lock the lock so that no one could leave. At that moment, the scared minor asked him to let her go, telling him that she no longer wanted anything to do with him, a message that was not very well received by the aggressor.
She was raped
The victim, feeling vulnerable, sought help through her cell phone, so she called her mother to come and help her. While she was arriving, the man sexually assaulted her against her will.
Unfortunately, when her mother arrived, she had already been raped, but she was still locked up. For this reason, in the midst of desperation, the woman broke the glass windows in order to force her out.
Received medical attention
After the incident, the teenager was taken to a health center for medical attention, where she was evaluated by psychology professionals. The route for cases of sexual violence was also activated and the competent authority was informed.
The alleged perpetrator is still at large until the investigations progress and the veracity of the facts is confirmed.
