“Present in this 3rd edition, as in all previous years, today we are officially presenting our factory. Our bicycles are made from scratch, receiving the raw material, doing the cutting, from there we go to the folding, bending, painting, the complete assembly, the chemicals to clean the raw material, and finally the entire electrical part. ”Pilan explained.
He added that the production process is very artisanal and manual, which allows them to maintain high quality standards: “The assembly of the wheels, the rims, locating everything, is very artisanal and very by hand. Today we are working on several models. The truth is that we are very happy and very happy with what we have achieved. A purely sustainable product.”
One of the most notable advantages of e-Zero is its ability to offer full maintenance at its factory located on Calle 15 and Independencia, in the southern area of Santiago del Estero: “Any mechanical or electrical problem you may have, we have the factory available to do all the complete maintenance,” they pointed out.
For its part, Guillermo Rodriguezexplained that the product line of e-Zero includes three types of bicycles: urban, mountain bike and cargo: “The urban bike is aimed at the general public. It is an easy-to-access and easy-to-use bike that can be used by anyone from a teenager to an elderly person. It is a super-economical bike. In terms of sustainability, we are talking about a bike that travels less than a peso per kilometer. Today, in the reality of Argentines and all users, this is a great advantage. Indirectly, we contribute to the environment, since we do not pollute.”
