A tragic accident occurred on the road that leads from Sibaté to the municipality of Soacha, in Cundinamarcaclaimed the life of Karen, a 20-year-old woman. Her father reported that some bikers ran over her.
According to the Ojo de la noche report, the incident occurred when the couple was traveling on their motorcycle in the slow lane, late at night after the woman left work.
They were hit on the road by a group of motorcyclists who, after hitting them and making them fall, ran over them of the young woman and fled, leaving her seriously injured. Minutes later, the young woman died due to the severity of their injuries.
The victim’s father, in statements to Blu Radio, expressed his pain and helplessness in the face of the tragedy, and pointed to the other bikers as the cause of the young woman’s death.
“She left work at 10:00 p.m. They went to Sibaté with their boyfriend and some friends, they were riding two motorcycles in the slow lanewhen suddenly some motorcycles passed by at full speed, one made it fall and the ones behind went over it of her and they killed her,” said Karen’s father.
Witnesses to the accident, including motorcyclists and truck drivers, indicated that the group of bikers accused of being responsible for the accident He usually performs dangerous maneuvers during his rides on Thursdays, traveling to different points of Cundinamarca.
These events were recorded on the security cameras of a tractor-trailer traveling to Bogotá. Authorities are using these recordings to identify license plates of reckless motorcyclists.
