This is what the Attorney General’s Office contemplates, through press release No. 686-2024, issued the previous day in which it requests the General Directorate of the Special Administrative Unit for School Feeding to clarify the case.

Likewise, the Office of the Public Ministry warns that the Territorial Entities Certified in Education, ETC, of ​​Villavicencio and Santa Marta registered, according to the latest report from the UApa, a partial start in attention to the Indigenous PAE, affecting about 3,664 students.

“The Attorney General’s Office requested the General Director of the Special Administrative Unit for School Feeding – UApA, Luis Fernando Correa Serna, to report which Certified Territorial Entities in Education (ETC) were the ones to which, in recent days, the third transfer of resources was made, totaling $361,727,785,174,” says one part of the statement.

He states that the control entity asked the official for the administrative act of allocation of these resources, which correspond to the co-financing of the School Feeding Program (PAE), with which it is expected to guarantee the operation of the program in the public educational institutions of the country.

Likewise, the UApa must confirm the schedule for the verification of service provision in official educational establishments, in the remainder of this term, a visit that would be accompanied by the Public Ministry, in the preventive and control monitoring that is carried out. performs to the authorities responsible for the provision of educational services throughout the national territory.

“Finally, the control entity warned of the risks of continuity of the PAE in 9 territorial entities, caused especially in Antioquia, Bolívar, Cauca, Córdoba, Florencia, Huila, Magdalena, Pasto and Valledupar.
