For those who prefer seafood, Leonardo Marín de The Galen offers a recipe for prawns with garlic and chili. In a hot pan with a little olive oil, cook the chili briefly to perfume the oil. Then, add the smoked and chopped garlic, parsley and paprika; Add the prawns and cook for approximately two minutes on each side.
