The authorities, in coordination with the Magdalena sectional Prosecutor’s Office, have released the poster of the most wanted for sexual crimes in the department. This list includes people with current arrest warrants who have not yet been prosecuted.
“Their names and photographs are published so that the population can report them, thus collaborating with their capture and protecting the women and children of Magdalen,” the authorities said in an official statement.
This measure is part of a massive prevention campaign, whose objective is to significantly impact the reduction of sexual abuse. The authorities seek to ensure that those who commit this type of crime are exposed to public opinion, deterring future attacks.
Authorities invite citizens to report the individuals who appear on the poster, using the hotlines 3102063466, 018000919748 and 122, or by sending information to the email address [email protected]. These actions aim to strengthen citizens’ rights and enhance their autonomy, minimizing the risk of acts of sexual, physical, patrimonial or psychological violence.
