The event was recorded in photographs and videos published on social networks and given to Radio Bío Bío, which show how part of the first floor was covered by water and fecal matter.
The problem would have been due to the breakage of one of its sanitary matrices in the shopping center, which caused that portion was closed while repair and cleaning work was carried out.
